Valli Unite, was founded in 1981 as certified organic cooperative of work in Costa Vescovato, from the strong determination of 3 young farmers. They didn’t want to abandon the land, and promised to have a long life in agriculture. They were joined by people from all over the world, students and professionals, to live an unconventional lifestyle, where income is not the main value.
The vines are farmed biodynamically and wines are made with minimal intervention. Everything is done as naturally as possible, wild yeasts are used and additions of sulphur are kept to an absolute minimum. This approach is prevalent when you taste the freshness and vitality of the wines.
