A rose which can be compared to a light Jura red, subtle tannins, think fresh strawberry, sweet cherry & a undertone of earthy and mineral elements. These Iconic wines from Cornelissen are delicious and always rewarding. Etna is now a hotbed of natural production and exciting wine making. The local grapes give savoury, mineral, satisfying wines which linger on the palate. Cornelissen was one of the first to gain attention for natural wine in the area. His wines continue to deliver delicious drinking.
