Domaine Pierre Bories/Artisans Partisans, Lo Petit Fantet d’Hippolyte Blanc 2022

Pierre’s mother’s ancestors founded an estate called ‘Chateau Les Ollieux’ in 1868, although the new ‘Chateau Ollieux Romanis’ estate that exists nowadays, which encompasses the land inherited by Pierre’s parents in 1978 and another large part of the original property was created in 2006. Ollieux Romanis is a magnificent property with a huge winery nestling at the centre of its vines. the winery and wine cellar were built in 1896 from stone quarried from within the property and they still stand proud today.
