If you’re after something fun, fresh and fruity then Chin Chin is for you. Not only is the wine totally gorgeous but the label by local artist Jose Miguel Mendez has caused quite a sensation too.

This minimum intervention/low sulphur wine is a joint effort between those cool dudes at Noble Rot and Antonio Monteiro. It is ethically made using a blend of the Loureiro, Arinto and Trajadura grapes and then aged for a short period in stainless steel tanks to maintain its freshness.

It’s as dry as a bone and fresh as a daisy, bursting with green apple, pear and nectarine flavors with a nice touch of salinity on the finish.
